• Identity & Delivery Records: Full name, physical dispatch address, billing address, email address, phone number.
• Custom Debossing Details: Specific custom initials requested for 24K gold or blind deboss personalization.
• Device Fitment Specifications: Exact Apple hardware model selection (e.g. iPad Pro 13" M4, iPhone 16 Pro Max, MacBook Pro 16").
• Transactional History: Records of purchased archival specimens and Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty logs.

3. Payment Processing via Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1)

All electronic payment authorizations are conducted directly and securely through Stripe, Inc. CODEXERA never stores, inspects, or processes raw credit or debit card numbers, CVV security codes, or magnetic stripe data on our servers.

4. Use of Personal Information

Your information is used strictly to fulfill handcrafted commissions, communicate dispatch and courier tracking updates, facilitate warranty repairs in our San Francisco studio, and protect against fraudulent card usage.

Patrons enjoy the full right to access, inspect, modify, or permanently delete personal records stored in our database. CODEXERA does not sell, rent, trade, or monetize personal information under any circumstance.
